No hdmi signal

Basically, I was trying to turn on secure boot for windows 11 and I enabled it and it didn’t work so then I went back to bios and turned it on and said I needed to platform key update or plat form key reset so I did it and saved and exited bios. After that it started saying no hdmi signal and it’s nothing wrong with the monitor or hdmi cords.
