Hi, i have recently added new ram to my PC and all of a sudden my Windows is buggy. My games crash the minute i go on them and the windows button doesn't work, and i cant go on some apps such as settings meaning i cant update windows. I have checked to see if the RAM is compatible with my motherboard and CPU and it says it is. I have also changed the RAM speeds and that still wasn't the problem. My PC was running smoothly before U got my new RAM so it cant be a BIOS update Either. What should I do to make my PC work again?

It seems like the recent addition of RAM to your PC might have caused compatibility issues or configuration problems. To resolve the situation.

    I suggest following these steps:

    1. Verify RAM Compatibility: Double-check if the new RAM modules are compatible with your motherboard and CPU. Ensure they match the correct specifications, such as speed, type, and capacity.
    2. Remove and Reinstall: Try removing the new RAM modules and reinstalling your old RAM sticks. Check if the issues still persist. If not, it could indicate a problem with the new RAM.
    3. Test Each RAM Stick: If you have multiple RAM sticks, test each one individually. This will help identify if any specific stick is causing the problem.
    4. Reset CMOS: Resetting the CMOS (Complementary Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor) settings can sometimes resolve compatibility issues. To do this, consult your motherboard manual or visit the manufacturer's website for instructions.
    5. Update Drivers: Ensure that your drivers, especially those related to your motherboard and graphics card, are up to date. Outdated drivers can sometimes lead to compatibility issues and system instability.
    6. Run System Stability Tests: Use software like MemTest86 to perform comprehensive memory tests. This will help identify any potential issues with the RAM modules.
    7. Check for Overheating: Ensure that your PC is not overheating. Check the temperatures of your CPU and GPU using monitoring software. Overheating can cause system instability and crashes.
    8. Scan for Malware: Run a thorough scan using reliable antivirus software.
