I got a new iPhone 14 Pro and now cannot sign into my OneDrive account. I keep getting asked to use a teacher jet, Microsoft authenticator app code but every time I try to input, it takes me back to the Microsoft Authenticator and there’s no where to input the code. I tried deleting the Microsoft Authenticator app off of my iPhone and re-installing it but that’s not work

You can restore from a cloud backup (created on old phone) but make sure no accounts have been added to the newly install app. Then sign on with recovery account to do the restore.

You can recover your account credentials from your cloud account, but you must first make sure that the account you're recovering doesn't exist in the Microsoft Authenticator app. For example, if you're recovering your personal Microsoft account, you must make sure you don't have a personal Microsoft account already set up in the authenticator app. This check is important so we can be sure we're not overwriting or erasing an existing account by mistake. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-billing/back-up-and-recover-account-credentials-in-the-authenticator-app-bb939936-7a8d-4e88-bc43-49bc1a700a40

Without a backup to restore from the only option is to work with each of the service provider's account recovery methods. The authenticator app is nothing more than a code generator. The two factor is turned on or off at the service provider end.

each of the service provider's account
The one you mentioned for onedrive; if it was a personal account then you're likely out of luck as I don't believe they'll help when MFA is involved.
Use the Get Help app here to chat online with someone by clicking link

then "Windows", then underneath "home support" click on Get support in the Get Help Windows app

If you're asking about a school account, then ask the school admins for a reset. If you're asking about a work account, then try the global support numbers here.

You have the two possibilities I mentioned above. That I'll repeat here.

1- For the onedrive; if it was a personal account then you're likely out of luck as I don't believe they'll help when MFA is involved but you can try the Get Help app here to chat online with someone by clicking link.

then "Windows", then underneath "home support" click on Get support in the Get Help Windows app

2- If you're asking about a school account, then ask the school admins for a reset.

3- If you're asking about a work account, then try the global support numbers here.
