Authenticator does not work with Iphone 14 pro

I’ve been trying to log into my work email, but when the app sends me to authenticator it shows the number that i’m meant to type somewhere but it does not show a place to put it. With my old phone it used to generate a pop up to type it into, but no pop up or anything appears with the Iphone 14. There is no place to press to change the way of signing in.

You can restore from a cloud backup (created on old phone) but make sure no accounts have been added to the newly install app. Then sign on with recovery account to do the restore.

The other option is to have the work admins reset the account so a new QR code can be generated with which you can link the new device to your account.
