Request to merge Certifications Profiles

Details

I have two Microsoft account profiles with separate MCIDs and would like to merge them. Is there a way to do this, or can someone provide guidance on how to proceed?

Email addresses associated with the accounts are info@starmetier.com (MCID:989538693) and sivsrinivas@outlook.com (MCID:991005227).
