Since you have posted the question on Azure App service tag, I understand that you are leveraging Azure App Service Linux WebApp for migration/hosting the site.
It seems like you are facing an issue with the WordPress admin login on new and existing apps returning an insecure login error. Adding to Dillon's suggestions, this issue can occur due to various reasons such as incorrect SSL configuration, incorrect WordPress URL settings, or incorrect WordPress database settings.
To isolate the issue, If you haven't done this already, you may try these steps:
- Verify if the SSL certificate is correctly configured on your App Service.
You may check this by navigating to the SSL settings of your App Service and verifying that the certificate is valid and correctly configured.
- Review if the WordPress database settings are correct.
You may check this by navigating to the wp-config.php file of your WordPress installation and verifying that the database settings are correct.
Just to highlight, You can migrate your site to WordPress on Azure App Service in three ways:
A simple and easy path to Migrate WordPress sites to Azure AppService
