Are you editing in Word for the web (the browser version)? Try editing the headers/footers.
Or, edit in the desktop application.

Hi guys,
A user reports that in non-Word text editor on mobile phones in a Word file a hidden logo is visible (in the left top corner).
This is how the same document looks like in Word.
In WordPad the hidden logo is also not visible.
Could you please help to fin and remove that hidden logo.

2023-09-11T09:37:30.43+00:00 SunRice is the hidden logo that is visible for some people on their iPhone mobile devices but not visible in desktop Word or WordPad.
In other words not only logo but the entire table with "Work Instructions LM? and "Creating of Work Instruction" is hidden.
In header that table is not visible.
