Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync provision command status return 126

Question

I have a question When does the provision command return status=126

I read provision document status having only 1,2,3 possibilities but my mail server returns status=126

eg.Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync&cmd=provision

return

<Provision>

<Status>126</Status>

</Provision>
