Our mobile application is utilizing Speech SDK and communicates directly with our subscription server. However, Speech SDK functionalities are not working on private networks. We suspect that the IP related to Speech SDK is causing this issue and want to identify which IP address needs to be allowed.

Our subscription is hosted on korea-central server, and we are using STT(custom) and TTS functionalities. It seems that we are accessing these two domains:

koreacentral.stt.speech.microsoft.com/speech
koreacentral.tts.speech.microsoft.com/cognitiveservices

Could you confirm if allowing these two domains is sufficient for using Speech SDK?

@ywmo I believe your speech resource is using all networks in its networking settings. In this case, the IP allocated should be a public IP address from a pool of IPs that are allocated to CognitiveServicesManagement from the entire list of Azure IPs. See, this thread that explains how to download the list and identify them.

I am not entirely sure about your current setup, but I would recommend trying whitelisting these IPs if you are on a private network and then check if it works. Thanks!!
