Please clarify, is the current change in the Drive Item fields correct?

Hi, @MSGraph @svc-msgraphapi I tested the MS Graph API and found that the changes to the fields in the current Drive Item do not match the results I expected, is this a bug? Below is the result of my test:

• Please clarify, which operations will cause the field CTag changes? According to the official documentation, I think only file content change should result in CTag changing, but all the operations in the above result in the field CTag changing.
• Is it correct that renaming a file also results in changes to all of the above fields?
• The behavior of these fields was correct a few months ago. Has anything changed recently?
