My flow is a sequence approval, the error found in second approval. I was test with new flow and found that any request for approval with attachement will fail with BadGateway error. Any way to solve this issued?

The 502 Bad Gateway error is difficult to troubleshoot without being able to look at the full details in the flow.
Could you please describe and provide more detailed steps for the flow?

Check this setting ... our approvals with attachments just broke as well with 502 bad gateway error, but this one fixed it. Not sure what changed behind the scenes.
