How to download and install a specific version of report builder?

keep trying to open the report builder from the NAV development environment but I keep getting an error stating that the supported version could not be found. Note that I have the latest version of the report builder (Version 15.0.20073.0).

    Just search for at Microsoft Download, e.g.

    RB 2014 = 12.0 => https://www.microsoft.com/en-US/download/details.aspx?id=42301

    RB 2008 = 10.0 => https://www.microsoft.com/en-US/download/details.aspx?id=24085

    report builder version 15 (currently at 15.1.20318.47):

    has a newer support policy. only the latest is supported, so 15.0.20073.0 is unsupported and not available anymore:
