How to re-order test cases are deleting some tests in azure devops

I have permanently deleted some unwanted tests from my test plan, the total number (in brackets next to the test plan is 78), but the order list has not refreshed. The order has test case 80 as the last test, and test case 3 as the first test...it seems the list did not refresh to now update the order. Is there a way to fix this? It doesn't help to click the order column as that re-orders the already incorrect numbers
