Strange Temp file

I am getting these as temporary file and as Adobe Reader Document that Adobe does not recognize and open.
The Q&A says that there are mistakes but there aren't any since it is copy/paste from the Notepad(that opens them).
What could they be about? Any idea?

This is a Manifest file
