[SQL Server Management Studio] Windows Account Login Disabled

Question

Hi, everyone.

In a business environment i work with a software (Bizagi Studio), which uses SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) for the database (DB).

From time to time, I have to correct some data directly in the DB.

I accidentally disabled the Windows login user and now I can't log in anymore.

I also can't log in with the user "sa" nor do I know any other user.

How can I enable Windows user login again?
