Azure Trial Subscription - Unexpected Billing Costs

Greetings expert

I am an ex-Microsoft employee and have created tons of Virtual Machines in Azure to setup complex environments. I recently signed up for 2 trial subscriptions, and setup auto-shutdowns on VMs as per recommendation.

I received bills and my credit cards were depleted as a result. I have tried phone support and I am not winning. Does someone have an e-mail address?

I need resolved as soon as possible, as I am now unable to showcase the benefits of cloud (particularly around SIEM and XDR) as I now work with a Microsoft Partner on engagements.

    Billing and subscription management support is available to all Azure customers. Please kindly create the Support ticket to the Billing team regarding the specified charges.

    To create a support request, go to Help + support in the Azure portal. For detailed information, see how to create an Azure support request.

    PS: you may find for which exactly resources you were billed by navigating to the Subscription | Cost analysis page in the Azure Portal.
