Billing and subscription management support is available to all Azure customers. Please kindly create the Support ticket to the Billing team regarding the specified charges.
To create a support request, go to Help + support in the Azure portal. For detailed information, see how to create an Azure support request.
PS: you may find for which exactly resources you were billed by navigating to the Subscription | Cost analysis page in the Azure Portal.
