Hello! I am Coming With Another Question: how Windows Operating System knows which oem apps to pick for installing on device. And Does Windows OS use Some Special Hardware Identifiers to Install oem apps to that pc/laptop even When you(as user) do clean reinstallation of Windows with cleaning all partitions. Does there exsist special embedded recovery partition that is Not Visible to us & During Windows Installation? Note: I am Asking This Question Because any Time when I Reinstall Windows OS, Windows Knows which OEM apps to Install.

The apps were likely added by the OEM to the install media / recovery environment.
