Skype4B - server not avaiable

Hello All,
I have a problem that I have not been able to solve for 4 days. I decided to write to the forum for help.

I have a skype4b configuration consisting of 3 servers

1 skype4b
2 edge servers
3 proxy servers

until the certificate cmbaio everything worked fine, when I renewed the certificate it stopped working.

The Microsoft site for the test, tells me that everything is ok, it gives me a little warning but I don't think it's important.
Connections on mobile phones are ok, unfortunately external connections with PCs do not work. The error is server unavailable.
Can you give me some advice to track down the error

Does anyone else have the same issue in your Skype for Business?

What certificate did you renew in your server?

Are there any error logs in the event viewer?

According to your description, this issue seems related to your certificate authentication, we recommend you try to generate OAuthTokenIssuer again and publish the topology.

In addition, it is also a good choice to use Lync connectivity Analyzer(https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com/tests/OnPremisesSfB/input) to see if there are any error messages from it.
