How can I get an extension on my 12 month trial period?

Hi there, I would like to get a free extension period for testing some resources(Azure SQL databases) that are not yet in production therefore currently I earn nothing from this and I cannot pay it. I got once the free trial period but I couldn't use it at that time(the project has been slowly developed), now how can I use that trial period? or should I create a new Subscription and relocate all my dev resources to the new free trial Subscription?
