I have been successfully able to add data via upload files for training my chatbot on Azure AI, but still this error comes. Why?

@Vinodh247 I have checked my source connection, if you mean my Internet connection. In fact, I have once again created a new storage account, a new cognitive search, etc. and retried but the same error comes even though it shows that the data has been uploaded.

I have the same problem, only with Azure Cognitive Search as data source.
The chatbot works initially well, but when I type the same question again it throws an error.
Have you tried removing the checkmark "Limit responses"?
@Karoline Grondal , should I do that? Wouldn't that make the chatbot give responses not related to my input data?

the thing is I have uploaded three pdf files, which contains info on cooks, maids, and nannies in an area, and when I train my model on the data, initially when I asked questions on cooks it answered, when I tried to ask questions on nannies, it failed and showed error! , and finally when I again asked the same question on cooks, which it answered earlier, it shows error!. Now, I tried asking what retrieved documents do you have? it again throws error!. In fact, whatever question I ask, it throws error!
now anytime I try to ask a question it throws error! no matter what I ask
I see, I have the exact same problem. I also have 3 retrieved documents in blob storage. It throws only error for me as well :(

index as in? I dont have an index for this actually. How can I access the index? I have just uploaded the pdf files in the container of my storage account
On the left in the Assistant setup, you can click the link to the index and check it. But I am not sure if that will solve it.
the index field is empty. how do I know what to fill in it? I am using a pdf with the info of the maid in the form of a line: "XYZ is a female cook who works in ABC..."
I initially was getting answers to my questions but now I just get this response:
The retrieved data is empty, which means that there is no information available in the documents that I have access to that can help me answer your questions. Please try asking a different question or rephrasing your current question.'

Of course I am not alone on this 😁 same issue as everyone above. Chat Session works without Data Source once you add the Data source it give the error, have tried Open AI east US and Open AI Australia east region different data in both Open AI regions but still getting the error. any help ?

Hi - I had the same issue and realized it was becuase my 'Data Source' was 'Azure Blob Storage' If you switch that to 'Azure Cognitive Search' it should start working. I had created an index but for some reason it was still pointed at a blob storage instance not the cognitive search index. Hopefully this helps!

I have same issue but with a different error. not sure on what circumstances the issues is reported. Any assistance in resolving this issue is great.
