I am trying to login to admin centre it show me this error A problem occurred while you were trying to use your mailbox before it is working fine but after migration mailbox from exchange server 2010 to 2016 try to login to admin center show me this error browser A problem occurred while you were trying to use your mailbox.

    Below are few questions in order to narrow down this issue:

    1. Did you shutdown or uninstall the Exchange 2010 server?
    2. Does this administrator have an active mailbox? Have you migrated this mailbox to Exchange 2016?
    3. Can you login EAC or OWA with other mailboxes?
    4. Does Exchange Management Shell work on the Exchange 2016 server?
