Only users with the roles of global admin, global reader, or Teams service admin have access to view and download reports in the Microsoft Teams admin center. If you do not have these roles, you will need to reach out to someone who has the necessary permissions to download the engagement report for you.
For more information on managing Teams and administrator roles, you can refer to the Use Teams administrator roles to manage Teams documentation.
To allow other attendees to download the engagement report in Microsoft Teams, you need to be the meeting organizer. Only the organizer has the permission to download the engagement report. As an attendee, you do not have the ability to download the report.
If you need access to the engagement report, you can request the organizer to share it with you. The organizer can download the report and then share it with other attendees if needed.

In the left navigation, select Analytics & reports > Usage reports.
On the View reports tab, under Report, select Engagement.
