teams approval cannot be completed saying "an unexpected server error occurred."

Hello,

I cannot ask approval on Teams.

When I click "send" after I wrote all the detail about payment approval, it shows the image, saying "an unexpected server error occurred"..

We have another colleage has the same problem in the office.

but some colleages does not have this problem. why?

How can I fix this problem? please advise.

    There is currently a workaround for users to solve the problem that approval cannot be sent.

    please try:

    1. Go to Power Platform Admin Center (admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com)
    2. Select Environments
    3. Select the environment in which the error occurs
    4. Select Security Roles > See All
    5. Click the ellipsis (...) next to Approvals Administrator and select Edit
    6. Search for "asyncoperation" (aka "System Job") table (select "Show all tables" if not visible)
    7. Update the read permission to "Organization"
