Why does Outlook not report recalled e-mails?

In the past, your report was almost instant on e-mail.

I've done two recalls in the last two days, and both reports keep saying pending.

Is the expectation that the reports will eventually update, or is this a feature that changed drastically, that we should just expect it not to report unread e-mails any longer?

It is rather time-consuming to phone the individuals and ask them to ignore the first e-mail.

    What's your account? Exchange online account? Or anything else?

    I've done two recalls in the last two days, and both reports keep saying pending.

    What do these two recalls have in common? Are they all sent to the same person?

    Is there a result on the final report?
