I am experiencing the same issue. Initially, it functioned properly, but suddenly it ceased to work like a real chat where we can greet and receive a polite response. Now, for a simple greeting, the chat consistently responds with "The requested information is not found in the retrieved data. Please try another query or topic."

I'm also facing the same issue. I unchecked the "Limit Responses to your content data" check box and redeployed it, but still got the same message.

How to fix this?

I'm getting the same error as everyone else. "Limit Responses to your content data" is unchecked, but still got the same message "The requested information is not found in the retrieved data. Please try another query or topic" in the deployed application. It works in Azure OpenAI Studio.

We're facing the same issue as Jake. In Chat playground it works fine and respects the "Limit responses" toggle, but deployment to the web site it doesn't.

This is something new too, because it was working a few days ago. But something just happened. When we said "hi" to it and then asked a question not in our data content it started answering, and actually apologized for not answering the first time

I am having the same problem, although it only happens in web app deployment, not in the chat playground.

The similar query in the chat playground comes with a correct answer, while I receive this message when using flow prompt chat (or web app) deployment

Following status from my side:

Using Playground with own data (AI Search) -> great and fast answers

Using Project API endpoint with all parameters (incl. AI Search) given by "View Code" in Playground often answers with "The requested information is not available in the retrieved data"

Using Prompt Flow by clicking on "Open in prompt flow" in playground, also ends up with same answers. -> But I was able to solve this by removing all the strange system messages provided in that sample flow prompt. (e.g. :

If you have decided the user question is out of domain question, then * no matter the conversation history, you must response The requested information is not available in the retrieved data. Please try another query or topic."

Question now: Any idea how to get the parameters (hidden system messages) that are used in the playground, so that I can use a flow prompt that works exactly like the playgound?

Hi, I have this exact issue, did you ever figure it out?
When I export to prompt flow the replies are not the same as they were in the chat playground. Did you get the hidden system messages that are used in the chat playground that are not used/are changed in the prompt flow?

@VasaviLankipalle-MSFT What is the cause of this issue ? and What is the solution we can follow. I also have few queries on the deployment to power virtual agent as it is not responding. can you please kindly help with this queries.
