Sorting documents in File Explorer by the date format "dd.mm.yy" is not directly supported by default in most operating systems. File Explorer usually sorts files based on names, dates, or other attributes like file type. However, if you want to sort files in this specific format, you might need to rename your files accordingly, using a consistent naming convention such as "dd.mm.yy - filename." Then, you can sort them by name in File Explorer.

    Hello,

To sort files in File Explorer by the dd.mm.yyyy format, rename them using the yyyy-mm-dd format. This ensures chronological sorting based on the entire date, allowing for better organization in File Explorer.
