How to add college email to Authenticator app

Question

When I try to add my outlook college email to the Authenticator app it would say this, “Open your Authenticator app, and enter the

number shown to sign in.” but either nothing pops up on my app to add it or I’m already in my app and can’t go anywhere else. I’m already updated on everything. I need help.

Sounds like you'll need the school admins to reset your account so a new QR code can be generated with which you can relink the authentication device to your account.
