How do I recover my account after being hacked and having one of my security two step verification changed to the authenticator app that I do not have access to?

How do I go upon getting my account back after being hacked & having my two step verification change to something, I do not have access to? I use my Microsoft account to play Xbox but every time I send a recovery account form I get a message back saying due to the fact I have to two step verification they cannot help me recover my account? When I try login I saw my phone# is there but not my alternate email instead it’s the authenticator app which I don’t have access to or ever used. Please help?

    Mine was hacked in november 2022 and i lost all, my security info got removed and the security agents suspended my account and say "we cant recover it, buy all again" i need to recover it pls, i have 10 years progress
