ECP exchange can't access

My exchange 2016 Admin Center is accessible from the internet using https:\mail.mydomain.com\ecp, but I am trying to log in inside the ECP, and it's not logging

Hi @Abdelilllah SAIH

Are you using the same url (https:\mail.mydomain.com\ecp) to login ECP in internal network?

If yes, what is the error message?

And if you are using internal DNS server in your internal network, please make sure you have created an A or CNAME record to resolve mail.mydomain.com to the internal ip address of your Exchange server.

Thanks for the information.

Do you get any error message or it simply redirects you back to the login page (in other words sign-in loop)?

Please have a check if there is an active certificate bind to port 444 in IIS>Exchange Back End.

Example:

Besides, what changes have you done before this issue occurs?

For example, installed Exchange SU.

no message error just simply redirects you back to the login page.

I checked certificate is configure correctly

How many Exchange servers do you have in your organization?

If there are multiple, do you have load balance?

Before the issue occurs, have you installed CU or SU updates on your Exchange server?
