Error in Bulk Upload Operation (offline conversion)

Question

I'm getting an ambiguous error while getting the result of bulk conversion upload in a sandbox env:

Any suggestions of how this can be resolved?

@Dmyro Bulakh are you still observing this issue? Occasionally with sandbox deployments such errors can occur.
