Hello
I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with your PIN. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve this issue:
Reset your PIN: If you aren’t signed in to your device and you want to reset a PIN, look below the PIN text box. If you see “I forgot my PIN”, select it and follow the instructions to reset your PIN.
Update Administrative Templates: If you update the administrative templates to the latest ones for Windows 11 Build 22H2, you will find that there is a group policy called “Disable All Apps from the Microsoft Store” under Computer Configuration/Administrative Templates/Windows Components/Store.
Remove and Add PIN Again: Go to Settings > Accounts > Sign-in Options > Click PIN > Click the Delete button. To completely remove the PIN, enter your Microsoft Account password. Once deleted successfully, try to add the PIN code again.
Modify Registry: Open regedit, go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>Software>Microsoft>Windows>Current Version>Policies>System. Modify EnableLUA, change value from 1 to 0. Click OK and then restart.
Please remember to back up your registry before making any changes and proceed with caution as incorrect changes can cause stability issues.
