Why is my Teams missing some stuff?

I recently installed the Teams app on my Mac but it seems to be missing a lot of the settings, apps, files, three dots, and other stuff on the left side.
Isn't this what it's supposed to look like?
I have Office 365, so I'm not sure what I'm missing.
