WHEA Logger - A fatal hardware error has occurred

Question

I recently had a BSOD occur while playing a Steam game called Sea of Stars.

I went through a tutorial of Finding and Fixing BSOD issues on another microsoft thread.

When using the Verifier tool it got part way through booting before hitting a BSOD
