Is BW/4HANA version 2 available as a data source in Azure Purview?

Hi,

Looking to set up Azure Purview for organizational governance. I need to know whether I can use BW/4HANA version 2 as a source within Azure Purview?

I cannot see it in the list of data sources in the catalogue...

Please let me know if it is possible ot scan and bring in data from this source system?

Note: Azure Data Catalog accounts can no longer be created.

For data catalog features, please use the Microsoft Purview service, which offers unified data governance for your entire data estate.

Unfortunately, BW/4HANA version 2 data source is not supported in Microsoft Purview.

However, you can still use Azure Purview to manage metadata for your BW/4HANA version 2 data sources by creating a custom connector.
