I was charged Ghana cedis 11.92 for signing up for the free Microsoft Azure accounts. I have been given 200 bonus credits, and I don't know why the deduction didn't affect the bonus credit but rather debited my credit card.

When you sign up for Azure, you may see a one-dollar verification hold on your credit card account. The hold is temporary and will be removed.
