Changing the scroll color of the vs2022 tool

Question

I applied a specific theme and changed the font color. But this theme's scroll color is too dark, so I'd like to change the scroll color.

Is it possible?

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A! 

To change the color of the scroll bar, you can try the following:

Step 1: please right click on the scroll bar > Scroll Bar Options… > check “Use map mode for vertical scroll bar” > OK.

(You can ignore the option “Source overview” or change it to Off.)

Step 2: Please go to Tools > Options > Environment > Fonts and Colors > Display items: Overview visible > change the Item background to the color you like > OK.
