@Anonymous I was able to reproduce the issue at my end. I have reached out to the team and will keep you posted. For now, you can ignore the pricing plan option that populates for consumption type as there are no plans to change consumption billing.
Update 9/15:
The product team will be rolling out the fix and it will be deployed in our next deployment starting Monday.
This issue is fixed now.
