Azure Chat bot - In response only three dynamic option are displaying.

Hello ,

I am using the direct line api to get the Knowledg base data. In reaponse it showing only 4 dynamic options. i want to increase the options which is getting.

Kindly help how to increase the default options. is there any configuration setting?
