problema con word

salve, ho sempre avuto problema. Ho un abbonamento "business basic" a microsoft365 che uso sul mio pc. Quando devo aprire un file word si apre all'inizio, ma poi appare una finestra su cui c'é scritto di fare il login o ceare un account appunto su microsoft, eseguo il login e mi apre il documento ma in alto dice word (prodotto senza licensa), e si ripete cosi all'infinito. Quale é il problema? la ringrazio

Open Word, go to File>> Account and sign-in firstly, the open the file, would the "need activation" still appear? And what's the version of your Word you installed on your PC?
