Hi! So some of the keys on my keyboard don't work after the Windows 11 update, but then it will start working again after I restart the laptop a while. I have tried to update the driver, but it doesn't seem to work. The key that doesn't work is Esc, 1/!, Tab, and Aa.

Can someone help me out, please? Thousands thx.

    Hello!

Here are some steps you can try:

    1. Try running the Keyboard troubleshooter. To do this, go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Keyboard > Run the troubleshooter.
    2. If you have a wired keyboard, unplug it from the USB port and plug it back in. Make sure the port is clean and dust-free. Check the USB connector for any debris or damage.
    3. Use a different keyboard to see if the problem occurs.

    Best Regards,
