Here are some steps you can try:
- Try running the Keyboard troubleshooter. To do this, go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Keyboard > Run the troubleshooter.
- If you have a wired keyboard, unplug it from the USB port and plug it back in. Make sure the port is clean and dust-free. Check the USB connector for any debris or damage.
- Use a different keyboard to see if the problem occurs.
