Good day, How can I recover lost information from a column in a Sharepoint list?

the information in this column was lost and when you try to restore a previous version the missing information is also not in any of the previous versions

Hi @Jesus Alberto Aguilar Zaldivar,

Unfortunately it's not available to directly restore deleted columns in SharePoint. There is no out of box way to do it. Only items, lists, sites and site collections can be restored that were deleted and are still in Recycle Bin. We could not restore data from a column.
