I am facing this issues please help to guide

The exact error message:
We can't continue with the signup process for the following reason:

Your phone number did not pass security checks.
MS-CorrelationID: dd0ee92c-5d52-4c35-9d3b-12e3dedb2bb9

Code: 40341

Please help!

    What does this have to do with Configmgr? If nothing please remove the tag.
