I cannot Remove DNS Zone

They are so funny problem , i want to buy a domain , and publish fail !! . but now i has xxx.net DNS zone , i want to delete this resource but i can't .
below is problem detail . it's look like Azure does not support user buy a domain

I understand that you are unable to delete a DNS zone and getting the following error "The scope '/subscriptions/oooooo/resourceGroups/Industrial/providers/Microsoft.Network/dnszones/oooo.net' cannot perform delete operation because following scope(s) are locked: '/subscriptions/ooooo/resourcegroups/Industrial/providers/Microsoft.Network/dnszones/".
It looks like there is a CanNotDelete resource lock on the DNS zone.

You also mentioned "I want to buy a domain and publish fail but now I have xxx.net DNS zone. I want to delete this resource but I can't."
From this statement, I assume, you tried to buy an App service domain and it failed publishing, but the DNS zone was created, and you are trying to delete that DNS zone.
Which means the DNS zone was not manually created by you.
In that case, the resource lock is applied by the App service domain and to remove the lock, you need to delete/cancel the domain.
Could you please check this and provide further details?

Since the DNS zone was auto created for the App service domain and the App service domain creation failed, I'm adding App service tag to the question, so that the SME from App service team can assist further.
