Cannot copy or access Linux soft links from Windows on a NFS shared folder

I have a Windows Server 2012 R2 that provides an NFS share for Linux users. Users have created soft links (ln -s) which are working under Linux. Now I need to sync the files to a new Windows Server. When I try to copy the files with robocopy I get error 1920 (0x00000780), same in Windows Explorer. I am administrator with full access to the files and PowerShell is running with admin privileges
Any idea how to transfer the files to a new server?
