Certification Connection

Good morning,

I am trying to connect and access the completion of my MS900 certification. I went to my profile and follow the steps to connect and access my account. I logged in and followed the steps, but nothing happens. I gave it 24hrs to see if it would be different today and still nothing. Please advise how I can connect my personal email account and how I can access my certification? Thank you.

    I'd try asking for assistance with cert results and transcripts in dedicated forums here. Participate\Ask A Question Learn / Cert Moderators will help you from there.
