Hi

I have installed Microsoft 365 Business Premium.

How should I configure Outlook so that it can download via POP3 the mail from a GMail account?

Thanks

Bye

    Hi @Balubeto Balubeto

To configure a Gmail account as a POP type account in Outlook, please follow these steps:

    1. Start by logging in to your Gamil to change the settings. In the POP Download section, select either Enable POP for all mail or Enable POP for mail that arrives from now on.
    2. On your Outlook email client, go to the File tab and click the button in the Add Account information section.
    3. In the wizard that opens, click Manual Settings, and then click Next.
    4. Enter the appropriate server port settings, as shown in the following tab.
