Run Windows Update and download and install all updates and restart your PC and try install it. Open start and search for Control Panel and open it and click on Programs and Features and click on Windows features and check and make sure other version of .NET like 3.5 , 3.0 , 2.0 are checked and if not, check to install them and then try to install.
