No, you cannot use a Windows 11 Home product key to install or activate Windows 10 Pro. Windows product keys are specific to their respective versions, and they are not interchangeable between different editions or versions of Windows.
Can I transfer Windows 11 home product key to windows 10 pro
Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchased Windows 11 Home recently. However, my machine is not compatible to use Windows 11 as it does not have sufficient prerequisites for Windows 11.

2023-09-16T04:12:18.0166667+00:00 When a Windows 10 or 11 computer is updated its licensing data is stored on Microsoft servers.
Once licensing data is stored on Microsoft servers it enables disk drive replacements or clean installs.
Windows 11 can be replaced with Windows 10 while maintaining thee same Windows edition (home > home; pro > pro).
Windows iso are free.

2023-09-20T07:21:37.6966667+00:00 A move from an installed Windows 11 to Windows 10 can be performed and requires a Windows 10 clean install.
An exception is the 10 day default go back period after an upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11. For the downgrade the go back option can be clicked.
