Image Permission

Hello,

I'm hoping to garner information regarding the process for requesting image permissions for the Microsoft-owned image Bliss, 1996, originally shot by Charles O' Rear for use within an (non-commercial) exhibition and university-based museum. I scoured Microsoft's site regarding permissions, but only found the need to accompany any/all Microsoft imagery with the tagline "used with permission from Microsoft." Further information on the necessary steps to obtain permission for use of this image would be greatly appreciated.
