404 errors in Azure Static Web App .js

The error started 15/09-2023, after the release of a new version, sporadic errors with 404 started to come in, our tests showed that it was .js or .css that came back from our static web app with 404.

How is it possible when they are staged files

Hi, we are having the exact same problem at described above (starting today), some of our files in our static web app will randomly give a 404 response, but only some of the time, not always.

Completely agree with Mark - this is clearly having an impact on numerous people's production environments and it's concerning that this isn't being treated as a much higher priority.

Honestly the level of care shown by MS here is disgusting. No official announcements, nothing in service health or any of the official channels and we’re all sat with live systems that don’t work properly. Whilst I appreciate that this might happen on free tier apps, this is happening on enterprise grade apps that are being paid for as well.

And yet, all we get from Microsoft is a quick note on GitHub saying they’re investigating. It’s now been a few more hours of silence, we’re in the process of spinning some instances up on another provider to get our customers back online because we have zero indication of what’s happening on the azure side
